AIGLON ABEE Company (hereinafter, the “Company”), which is based in Halandri, Kifisias Avenue no. 240-242, Athens, Greece, and is legally represented, hereby declares that its primary concern is the effective protection and the security of the personal data of its customers and partners in general. In this context, the Company undertakes to respect and process personal data in accordance with the provisions and provisions of the applicable national and EU legislation.

  • Sales and Service Information

Information relating to purchases, including preferred merchant, customer ID and contract number, support and repair services, including complaints and claims.

  • Historical Customer Information

Information such as customer satisfaction ratings, quotes received, vehicle purchase data including model, configuration, purchase date, registration date, license plate number, order date, delivery date, vehicle owner, purchase price, warranty information, purchase details of spare parts, accessories, data collected during visits to the Distributors’ stores, campaign results, participation in events (location, company), complaint history, repair history.

  • Vehicle Configuration Details

Information about your vehicle’s features and current settings (as identified by your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)).

  • Health Data (people with special needs)

In cases where vehicles are sold to people with special needs, we collect those health-related data that are required in each case by the applicable legislation for offering the appropriate provisions.

  • Pricing details

The details of our customers that are necessary for the invoicing of our services, such as for example the residential or registered address, the VAT number and the name of the Tax Office (D.O.Y.)

 

  1. How do we collect your personal data?
  • When you contact us directly, either through our website or by phone, in order to inquire about our products or services.
  • When purchasing any of our products or services.
  • If you respond to our promotional/commercial actions or by entering your data online on our website.
  • If your personal data is lawfully transmitted to us by our official Distributors/Repairers, by other Group companies or by business partners.

 

 

 

  1. Recipients Transfers of personal data outside the European Union

Personal data may be processed by natural and/or legal persons, established within and/or outside the European Union, who act in the name and on behalf of the Company based on specific contractual obligations.

The transfer of personal data will only take place in the context of compliance with legal obligations, in the context of executing an order of public authorities and in the context of the exercise by our company of its rights before judicial authorities.

As part of its contractual obligations, the Company may transfer and disclose personal data to countries outside the European Union, expressly including storing them in databases managed by entities acting on behalf of the Company. The management of the databases and the processing of personal data will always take place within the framework of the stated processing purposes and in accordance with the applicable law for the protection of personal data.

  1. Retention time of Personal Data

The Personal Data collected for the above processing purposes will be retained by the Company for the period deemed absolutely necessary for the fulfillment of the above purposes and in accordance with the legislative provisions. With respect to Personal Data processed for the provision of the contractual service, the Company may continue to store such Data for a longer period of time, as may be necessary to protect the Company’s legitimate interests in relation to potential liability related to the provision of the services.

You can exercise your rights in accordance with the specific provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), namely:

  • The right to access your Personal Data, i.e., your right to be informed by the Company if your Data is being processed and the right to have access to it (Article 15 of Regulation 679/2016).
  • The right to correction and deletion (the right to be forgotten), i.e., the right to correct any inaccurate information about you and the right to delete your data in the event that you consider that your data is not subject to processing for a specific and legal purpose (Articles 16-17 of Regulation 679/2016) .
  • The right to restrict processing, i.e., the restriction of processing of your personal data, only for specific purposes, including in the case of questioning the correctness of the data or unlawful processing (Article 18 of Regulation 679/2016).
  • The right to portability, i.e., your right to receive the Data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as your right to request your data be transmitted to other controllers, as well (Article 20 of Regulation 679/2016).
  • The right to object, i.e., to suspend or object to the processing of your personal data for reasons relating to your particular situation (Article 21 of Regulation 679/2016). If you submit such a relevant request, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we demonstrate compelling and legitimate reasons for the processing, which override your interests, rights and freedoms or to establish, exercise or support legal claims. This also includes your right to object to the automated processing of your data and processing them for marketing purposes.

You can also opt-out of all promotional activities or choose to opt-out of certain forms of commercial communication (such as e.g., e-mail, telephone, etc.). In case you no longer wish to receive promotional messages via e-mail, you can unsubscribe from our list.
